Have not been keeping up with my studies.Ugh. Got to get my studying groove on..
'neways been reading some "famous" books the past week: Mitch Albom's Tuesdays with Morrie and The 5 People You Meet in Heaven Okay books..despite all the hype I heard about them when they came out..methinks they make for light reading on days where one needs a mental diversion.
Also read Mark Haddon's award winning The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time.Liked this one much more..all the clear, concise sentences and the way the storyline flows smoothly, without being too predictable
Now its C.S Lewis:Mere Christianity that I'm plowing through. The chapters are short but so full of ideas, questions..
This cocker spaniel is MINE!!All mine!! Okay, was mine for 4 hours yesterday..but still.. Since we can't get a dog of our own because no one at home has the time to care for it, my mum "borrowed" a friend's puppy for the afternoon! Awesome right? It's like all the fun without any of the work.Heh
He went ballistic in my backyard, trying to eat everything:soil, dry leaves, grass,newspaper..the shovel
For those out there who are like me, having a puppy in your house is like having a toddler around..nothing you say is obeyed, everything is a potential source of mess and like a kid who zones out after running amuck the whole day, puppies do just the same...
*if you're wondering why there aren't any full-on shots of Sparky,well..let's just say the digicam+dog+me the klutz cannot jell
So what do you say is rude? Inconsiderate people? People who spew foul language like exhaling air? Ignorant peeps? Discourteous people? Or maybe you get rilled up over those lazy-let-others-do-the-work kind?
Within what context, are we to say who or rather, what kind of behaviour is rude? Rudeness is usually a measure of learning/ culture a person has been exposed to. But that's like saying rudeness is something superficial..which I don't think it is.
The closest conclusion I can come to is that rudeness would actually be the depth of a person's regard/disregard for others
