People I've met
Photos! Random pictures that I've unearthed while tidying the mess of photos in my drawer.
And also a lazy way of keeping this blog updated when I've run out of words. :P
Huey Xian- the only other christian girl in my classduring Pre-U. I've had the privilege of watching her grow and mature in her walk with Christ! Superbly blur at times, she has the amazing ability to eat and enjoy 4 (FOUR!) pieces of white, un-jam-ed, un-buttered bread during recess.
Ms. Neo- the Pre-U teacher advisor who was coincidentally my form teacher as well as math teacher. She looks like one of the students doesn't she? A really cool person to talk to, she took a lot of flak for us Pre-U students. We were pretty much ostracized by most of the other teachers who didn't have classes with us...sad I know..but we weren't very 'likable' ourselves anyway. She was also the 1st, and I think only teacher ever to get a massive double-tiered birthday cake and presents from the entire form. When we wanna show some loving we do it well.. :P
Jiaxi- one of the more um..emo friends I have :P She's one of the few people who took Mandarin Lit for STPM. Crazily affectionate and brutally honest when it comes to giving opinions, she's a friend you want to have on your side when things get rough. (Pic was taken at the pre-u prom)
(l-r) me, sze ern, qian hong, thile and tienli-some of the zany bunch from convent. Those were the awesome days in school. We ruled!! :P Literally. We had sport captains, the school head-girl and assistant head girls, club presidents and a few school athletes thrown in for good measure. Yea, so we were a bit perasan and overly-confident at times..but we were young! I mean...are young.
Part of the school prefectorial board..and these are just the ones in my class...heh..i think we made 50% of the prefectorial body :P
Ah..this one's an interesting one. Was taken back in 2002 after the district level debates. We were representing Kluang and the guys were representing Batu Pahat. An all girls school against the all boys school. They won. Proving that females are not always stronger when it comes to oratory skills.
I don't remember all their names. I do however remember the guy in the white shirt. Heh..that's because he turned out to be an ESP member and by a turn of events ended up going for D'na as well. Its a small world.
I just can't remember the girl's name. But the guy is Ray. Interesting fella. Taiwanese by birth, he speaks Mandarin in this sing-song tone as well as english and japanese. He's also the first guy I've ever known to literally hide from a girl. :P
